Which countries have the best sleep schedule?

Many people wonder if they get enough sleep or not. Which I can pretty much tell you, that you don’t get enough sleep. 

Some countries in the world have a better sleep schedule than others and some don’t. For instance, New Zealand gets the most with around 8 hours of average sleep per night. Now you might be wondering. “You are supposed to sleep 8 to 10 hours a night. So I guess 8 hours a night is okay but… You know what I mean. It is not enough?” Trust me, no other country can do what New Zealand is doing.

The country with the worst sleep schedule is none other than Japan. They only have a terrible 6 and a half hours of sleep each night. Since of all the work that the Japanese put in everyday that leaves very little time for sleeping. 

Some of the best sleep strategies are sticking to a sleep schedule, don’t go one night with 9 hours of sleep and the other 6. Stick to a certain hour. You also want to go to bed not thirsty, not hungry and make sure to relieve yourself. You can also read. Reading might help calm your mind and relax. One other thing that people usually do to go to bed is to look at their phone. Don’t do that. That will hurt your eyes and when you finally go to bed it will not be as easy as you want it to be.
