Should the Lakers rebuild for the second time in 2 years?
Even if you are a huge Laker fan like myself, we can all say that the Lakers have not been having the best season. They have a below 500 record and losing many straight in a row. There might be one thing that is holding them back from greatness. It might be Russell Westbrook or it might be something behind that scenes. Russell Westbrook has many things going on in his life, for example, if he is a good fit for the Lakers. I took a poll my class, which has 21 students and not one of them think he is a good fit anymore. He scores 18.3 points per game which is 7 points lower than last season. Is Lebron going to go back to Cleveland? I don’t have an answer for that but I wouldn’t be surprised if he did at this point. Frank Vogel gets a lot of money but I do not think that he is the best fit because he does not know how to handle the new team well. Since AD gets injured a lot. He might be causing confusion off the count which might be causing the Lakers to fumble. Rob Pelinka is making the wrong trades right now which is messing up the chemistry. One season we have a championship team, and now we have a team that just might make the playoffs. Unfortunately the Tune Squad is not a place for LeBron to go because if he doesn’t beat AL G Rhythm he won’t be able to come back. The Lakers might have a better time trading AD because they will save a lot of money and he will get injured some other place. They are 10-11 with Anthony Davis. And without Lebron they are 6-11.
