Breakfast

Websites say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Some people do not eat breakfast and it really shows the difference. Breakfast is very important. It helps you get through the day without starving. It also helps you focus. Breakfast also gets energy in you so you can get through the day. It is good to eat breakfast because if you don’t it will show in your learning. Breakfast does not help you learn but it helps you do better in school because then you focus and pay attention to the teacher. So in a way it does help you learn. Breakfast is very important. The best time to eat breakfast is around 7. 18 out 20 kids in my class ate breakfast this morning. If you don’t eat breakfast you will not feel well. I hope you are now going to eat breakfast after reading this article.
