Italiano food is great!!!

Some of the foods that the Italians make are pizza, pasta, calzones, and lasagna. One of my favorites is pasta. There are many versions of pasta but my favorite is fettuccini. Some of the equipment you need to make fettuccini are a pasta machine, and a rolling pin. First you have to make the dough for the dough you need 2 cups of flour, 3 eggs, and a little salt. First you mix some salt into your flour, next you make a well in the flour and then you put your eggs in it. Next you need to mix up the flour and the eggs slowly incorporating the egg into the flour salt mixture. After that step you need to knead the dough. Knead the dough until it is a large ball that all the flour has stuck to and has been fully incorporated. Next flour a large surface and flour and also flour a rolling pin. Start rolling your dough until it is a quarter of an inch thick. After that put it through your pasta machine going down from the highest number to the lowest. Then put it through the fettuccini attachment and put it on a metal sheet. When you are finished with all of that get a big pot fill it 3 quarters full of water and then salt it. Then bring it to a boil and then put your pasta in the water. Once the pasta floats on the water you are done and you have fresh pasta. By Benson
